Development and Implementation: The development process starts with an orientation meeting, often times facilitated via a conference call, so that we can understand your current process, business goals and your expectation once complete. From this information we will collectively prepare a scope of work to ensure all aspects of the project are clearly defined and understood. The project scope will include a detailed description of all deliverables, to include; software components, integration step(s), user process, as well as sample screen shots to effectively communicate how the user interface screen may look and function. Once complete and delivered, you will have full access to the software components installed, developed and/or configured, necessary to operate and maintain your system, to include: - Access to all tables and queries designed. - Report layouts. - Source code for any macro’s and/or VBA code developed to functionally run the database. - Configuration access of any wireless connectivity components, if implemented. Because it is your system, you will have the option to enhance and modify the system as desired to support future requirements - or - you may contact us for development support, enhancements and/or system maintenance.
